This stunning period house overlooks the harbor and features 170-year-old pine floors that have been through a lot in their lifetime, including many different coats of paint and finishes.

This job consisted of restoring the floors in the living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

We began by paring back the floors to expose the natural wood underneath and then started the process of finer sanding and refinishing to give these floors a flat and smooth look and feel.
